ShowCap

Everything captured,
exactly as it happened.

ShowCap was built around one idea: when a live session is over, you should be able to go back and see exactly what happened. These are the tools that make that possible.

  • Up to four cameras.
    One synchronized video.

ShowCap records up to four camera feeds simultaneously and composites them into a single 1920×1080 video at 30fps. Arranged in a quad grid or single-camera view — your choice per session. Every feed is synchronized from the moment you hit record.

  • Every fader move,
    burned into the video.

As your session runs, ShowCap pulls live fader levels and mute status from the mixing console and burns them directly into the video as an overlay. Up to 24 control groups displayed in real time — no guessing, no reconstruction.

  • Connect your console.
    Capture every cue name.

ShowCap receives Open Sound Control data from your mixing console over the network. Snapshot and cue names are captured automatically as the session runs. Configure your console's OSC output to point at ShowCap and you're running.

  • Find any moment,
    instantly.

Place markers manually during a session, or let ShowCap place them automatically when the console triggers a snapshot or cue. Markers are named and timestamped — jump to any specific moment without scrubbing the full recording.

  • Video and DAW,
    perfectly in sync.

Bidirectional marker sync and transport control with Reaper via OSC. Markers placed in ShowCap appear in your Reaper session and vice versa. Transport controls are linked — play, stop, and jump commands work across both simultaneously.

  • Review your session
    the way it happened.

The dedicated review window gives you a full-featured player for your recorded sessions. Navigate by marker, scrub the timeline, and review the console overlay exactly as it appeared during the session. Export clips or the full session to standard video.

  • Everything in one
    portable package.

Each session is saved as a .showcap package — a single project file containing the video, all settings, and all markers. Self-contained and portable, making it easy to archive sessions, share them with colleagues, or move them between machines.

See it in action before you buy.
